Brookline IT was founded by Vince, whose approach to technology was shaped through close mentorship under a highly respected IT professional known for designing and supporting complex business environments around the globe. Through that mentorship, Vince gained first-hand exposure to the recurring challenges organizations face—undocumented systems, reactive IT support, security gaps, and technology decisions made without business context.

In addition to his technical training, Vince is also a Licensed Professional Counselor. That background strongly influences how Brookline IT works with clients: listening carefully, explaining risks clearly, and understanding how technology decisions affect people, workflows, and stress levels inside an organization.
